Ford Motor Company, one of the most well-known companies in the world, provides its employees with generous benefits and a supportive work environment. Ford Credit is the division of Ford Motor Company that deals with dealer inventory, leases, and auto loans.
All credit reports and credit-related services at Ford Credit Management are now available to employees through web-based interfaces.
To sign up for online banking, you’ll need your account number, which can be found on your first statement. A computer, smartphone, or tablet running the FordPass app or MyFordBenefits is a good place to begin the registration process.
When logged in, you’ll have access to more information about the following premium offerings:
- negotiate a payment plan with the supplier.
- Set up automatic payments
- Change the date of expiration (see our instructional video below).
- Check your most recent and previous bank statements and payments for any anomalies.
- Total the quantity of money that you owe (“Payment”).
- Ensure you are aware of your lease’s expiration date.
- Set up email and/or text message alerts.

- On the myfordperformance.com website, your first user ID is your Social Security Number (SSN).
- The first four digits of your birthday will serve as your PIN: MM/DD/YY.
- If you already have a username and PIN for My Ford Benefits, you may skip this step.
- You’ll need this user ID and password to access your performance statistics through the employee login panel, where you may also make other approved transactions.
- Select “US Employees” or the relevant division from the drop-down menu, as shown in the example.
- To enter your account, please register.
